The harbor town of Imperia is located in western Italy, in the province of Liguria. It is the capital of the province of the same name and is located along the Roman road Via Aurelia, which connects the Italian capital with the French commune of Arles. With just 42,034 inhabitants, Imperia is a pleasant quiet spot in Italy, which makes a walk to this villa very idyllic.
Starting in the modern district of Aglia, which is located east of the Impero River, the walk begins on its way to an elegant, white villa, which Engel & Völkers is inviting you to. Down to the beach of Oneglias, the path leads past the Impero and seduces to briefly stop and enjoy the picturesque view of Porto Maurizio. In addition to historic buildings and picturesque small streets of the old town, this district offers a marina as well as a small beach with a view of the sea that invites you to dream. Before the sun goes down, however, the walk takes you back to the villa in Imperia. Take a look around and do not miss the breathtaking sunset views!
Whether a walk to the sea, a day at the local swimming pool or a trip to the mountains. Thanks to the unique location of the villa, you will be able to make the best of your life every day, as well as outside of the property.
