Lets introduce you to our team: E&V Milano presents Renata Serra

Born and raised in Turin, Renata graduated in Economics at the University of Turin and then obtained the qualification of Accountant. Her career began in one of the excellences of Italian design, Italdesign - Giugiaro Design in Turin. In 2000 she moved to Milan and embarked on a new career in the Eliseo Group, a company that mainly deals with construction and real estate activities. In 2010, due to the real estate crisis, she left this world to return to be part of it in 2020 by joining the Engel & Volkers Milan Team as Administrative Manager. 

Renata has two great passions, in addition to the one for her 10-year-old daughter, engines and her horse Cerep. Fascinated since childhood by speed on two and four wheels, she takes part in numerous rally races and never misses an opportunity to go racing on the tracks with her Yamaha. Precise and rigorous, Renata is the point of reference for the whole Team; thanks to her all the accounts add up!

Why did you chose Engel & Völkers?

In the past I worked in a Building Construction and Real Estate Company so when I got the opportunity to become part of the Engel & Voelkers Team I thought that coming back to my administration activities in this field and in an expanding international Group like E&V, it would have been an excellent professional opportunity. As soos as I joined Engel & Völkers I realized that I have become part of a large family and I am very happy to be part of it.


What do you like of your job?

I am passionate about my work, I like the accuracy in the accounts and that every single movement has its place, it’s just like building a house: brick by brick the house is ready to be sold.

What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?

At the moment I have big projects that I am working on. Projects that I am sure will become successes!
