Duties & Responsibilities

- Acquiring Properties andClients in Milan

- Entering all the data in theexclusive CRM Global Office

- Managing real estateproperties

- Carring out surveys withcustomers

- Obtaining broker agreements

- Creating properties andlocations descriptions 

- Performing comparativemarket analysis to estimate properties’ value

- Consulting clients on thereal estate market

Skills required

- Real Estate Agent Licence

- Ability to develop and strengthencustomer relationships

- Good knowledge of Milan RealEstate Market

- Proven track of successfulsales record

- Ability to work as part of ateam

- Strong sales, negotiationand communication skills

- A sound knowledge of Italian and of anadditional language (English, French, German, Russian) ​
