This unique property is located in Daverio, a few minutes' driving from Varese, from the exit of the highway A8 Milano Laghi of Azzate / Buguggiate and about 20 minutes from Malpensa Airport. Daverio is a small town placed just 9 km from Varese. The district is almost completely flat. Only the area of Dobbiate has an altitude variation worthy of note.
The town is divided into three main sections, concentrated along Viale Roma, via Fiume and Via Cesare Battisti. Everywhere are present in large numbers small businesses while on the border with the Municipality of Crosio della Valle is an important shopping center. The Old Town is the ancient settlement and is rich in small local architectural gems that have recently been restored and brought back to the original splendor. For the proximity to Varese and the high valuable landscape, it is a sought after area by those who want to live in contact with nature while staying not far from the city. The town is also home to industrial activities of international importance, which, however, have developed and established with great care and respect for the environment.
