"BORGO FELICI", stands within 23 hectares of semi-flat land, characterized by the presence of a small lake of about 6,000 square meters and a small forest at the entrance of the property. The buildings of the central core, are of cultural and historical interest, so they are bound by the Superintendence of competence. The remaining volumes are composed of another brick farmhouse, built in a different period and three volumes and service accessories to the property, including a barn in stone and brick. The existing volumes, are partially destroyed in the perimeter walls, ceilings and roofs and need restoration work and conservative rehabilitation.
