The residence is located halfway between Salve and the seaside. The town is small, quiet and surrounded by other well-known towns such as Ugento, accessible by several direct arterial roads, some of which are suitable for slow mobility; Presicce-Acquarica, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Morciano, a small rural, agricultural and authentic center.
A short distance away is Santa Maria di Leuca, a town known for being the birthplace of the concept of vacationing in the 20th century.
The marina of Pescoluse also owes its success to a unique feature: a sandy inlet about two kilometers wide with a perfect southern exposure. This makes it possible to enjoy clear water during all seasons. The property is designed with an orthogonal view, with respect to this entire inlet. Therefore, there is a feeling of a dominant and homogeneous view of the horizon.

The shoreline is low, characterized by the presence of dunes behind. The beach has very fine and very clear sand, the finest in Salento.
The average summer temperature is 30 degrees and 13 in winter.
