What you should know about this villa

Amenities and special features of this villa

Capri's unmistakable style is the feature of this property at Silvania Park: the villa is located in a context that is easy to reach, both by car/taxi and public transport. An easy access stands out from others on the island, which are often difficult to drive to; the presence of an open space in front of the gate allows those who arrive to comfortably turn the car around and drive off again. When you get into the property you will appreciate the green and the nice plants and trees, very well kept. By terraces at different levels you will appreciate typical flower beds and essences of the island, starting with the splendid olive trees. The first villa is suitable for more uses: rooms with bathrooms for guests, or for children who want their independence, and then a beautiful terrace that connects them externally, offering the first glimpse of panorama. Then the main villa, with a room full of light thanks to several windows, that overlooks beautiful terraces: under the pergola you will see benches and pleasant architectural details. A nice BBQ and the traditional oven fill a space that is perfect to entertain many people. The villa spreads over two levels with bedrooms and bathrooms disengaged from the living rooms, present on each floor. The view of the pool from the bedrooms makes the atmosphere very relaxing. The sunbathing area serving the pool is on a terrace overlooking the villas and enjoys a 180-degree view of Mount Solaro, the Guardia area with the Materita tower in front of us, and the sea. The alley will take you to the highest terrace where the third and last building was built, a cottage of ideal proportions for many things. It's a space that today houses an apartment with kitchen but that could also be a whole living room with a view that includes the Materita tower, the hills and the sea... With an excellent exposure to the sun even in winter times. Stone walls and special details make the property very special and yet simple. The sea can be reached with a 20-25 minutes walk, heading to the three places at the bottom of Grotta Azzurra street: Gradola lido, Il Riccio e Blue Grotto. You will enjoy what they offer, from the easy atmoshere of Gradola's solarium and reataurant to the fancy glam of 'Il Riccio' Lounge bar and restaurant to the famous Blue Grotto rocks, where you can sip your drink or coffee while you wait to enter by boat to the most famous grotto of the world.

ANACAPRI: Location and surroundings of this property

Capri is the most famous island in the Gulf of Naples, close to the Amalfi Coast, which is only 30 minutes away. Admired by the great emperors, such as Augusto and Tiberio, thanks to its pleasant climate and fascinating territory, the island stretches for just over 10 sq.km. Mediterranean temperatures favour the production of oil, the famous limoncello, as well as the presence of extraordinary essences, which make the island a place of beauty in all seasons. Capri is rich in architectural monuments, left by those who chose it as a permanent residence. From the Roman Villa Jovis, passing through the Certosa, to the noble residences of the last two hundred years: Villa Lysis and the writers’ villas, such as the panoramic property of Munthe and the ingenius residence belonging to Malaparte. The road built by Krupp is the most well-known among those with a sea view on the island. In Anacapri there are beautiful routes: nature is uncontami-nated; silence and privacy are very important for those who live there. The village preserves the most authentic island spirit, with local handicrafts and quiet streets. From here you can reach the Blue Grotto, a naturalistic miracle that charms all visitors by its colour and magic. Other walks lead to the ‘Small fortress route’ and to the chair-lift of Monte Solaro. The beaches are beautiful, free or managed and equipped, in Marina Grande as well as in Marina Piccola. A lunch at Fontelina turns into a dip at the Faraglioni and a trip to the Punta Carena lighthouse allows you to admire incredible dives and the most beautiful sunset. ‘La Dolce vita’, however, happens in Capri, where the trend-setters meet at any time of day or night. The Piazzetta hosts the glamour of the people, who, since the 50ies with Sophia Loren, have never stopped having fun there.
