In fact, the great thickness of insulation is excellent in the winter period to contain heat loss (heat dispersion) and ultimately heating consumption. Vice versa, in the summer season they have excellent behaviour in protecting against heat, again guaranteeing great energy savings in relation to the reduced need to cool the rooms.
The property is thus renovated to the rough and in line with the most innovative technologies in the sector, with the possibility of customising the finishes and the division of the interior spaces according to one's needs. The property is completed by a ruin to be renovated, measuring approximately 112 square metres, which makes it possible to expand the property according to one's needs.
