Seveso: Location and surroundings of this property

The municipality of Seveso, located about 22 km north of Milan in lower Brianza, is divided into two areas, a flat one and a hilly one included in the Parco delle Groane (Lombardy Region Park of more than 3,000 hectares with numerous bicycle paths). From the hilly part there is a splendid view of the entire Alpine arc with the Bollettone, Cornizzolo and Resegone mountains in the foreground. Within the Groane Park area is the Golf Country Club course. About 2 kilometers from the built-up area we find Provincial Road No. 35 Milan-Meda, and just over a dozen kilometers away is the A9 Lainate-Como-Chiasso highway. Definitely easy is also the connection with the railway network, the station is only 1 km away. The nearest airport Milan Linate, which is used for domestic and international flights, is 32 km away, while that of Milan Malpensa, which is referred to for direct intercontinental flights, is 50 km away.
