We reach this historic property in the Greci area, a very atmospheric neighborhood of Venice, which we like for the succession of palaces, historic courtyards and bridges less celebrated in guidebooks, which for this reason attract a lively and curious tourism, looking for alternative routes into the city. The property, which has a storefront and double access, was originally intended as a casolin (delicatessen), and the cold rooms and kitchen can still be found inside. However, the space and intended use have been excellently repurposed as the home of a very important artist's studio. Access is possible directly from the calle, as well as a service access from the interior courtyard. The front part of the property has a glass door and storefront, currently used for the exhibition and sale of paintings and artwork, while in the back part the artist has his own creative workshop.

The sestiere of Castello, the largest and among the oldest in Venice, is located at the eastern end of the city. Always one of the city's most populous neighborhoods, it has kept the traditional "Venetian way of life" intact. Among the many monuments and works of art, we cannot fail to mention the Arsenale, for centuries the cradle of the power of the Serenissima, the Basilica of SS. Giovanni e Paolo, one of the most beloved by Venetians, of S. Francesco in Vigna, of S. Maria Formosa
