The ancient village of Tremezzo is considered one of the most beautiful in Italy, a historic international tourist destination. Tremezzo is nestled between Lake Como and Monte Crocione and enjoys a mild climate. It is an authentic Italian town with its characteristic alleys, squares, and famous festivals that cheer up the inhabitants throughout the summer. The municipality of Tremezzina hosts one of the most famous villas on Lake Como, Villa Carlotta, which with its botanical garden and azaleas, attracts thousands of tourists every year. There is no shortage of entertainment in the area, from classical music concerts in Villa Carlotta and Villa Vigoni to the famous jazz festival in Parco Mayer, up to the classic aperitifs and brunches offered in the Parco Mayer bar or the typical cafes under the lakeside arcades. Tremezzo is about 30 km from Como and 30 km from Lugano, and in about an hour and a half, you can ski on the slopes of the fantastic St. Moritz.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
