Bardolino is one of the most popular towns on Lake Garda, with its narrow streets full of shops and typical restaurants. Particularly characteristic is the lakeside promenade, where ducks flutter happily and beds of colourful flowers create patches of colour against which the blue of the lake stands out. In every season, tourists are seated at café tables eating an ice cream or, in the winter months, sipping coffee on the heated verandas. The large Ferris wheel with its splendid view of the lake is an attraction not to be missed. Bardolino is located on the via Gardesana from which all the main tourist resorts can be reached, from Lazise to Malcesine.
