In the pedestrianised historic centre of Muggia, a few steps from all shops and services, we offer for sale a pretty little house in line with a double terrace. The property is located in the historic centre of Muggia, a town characterised by the ancient mandracchio (the small harbour) jutting out towards the sea, the castle, the narrow streets and the yellow sandstone houses. The imprint left by the Venetian Republic on Muggia is particularly evident in the characteristic main square, overlooked by the Cathedral and the Town Hall. All the main services, including the beach, are accessible via a pleasant walk, and Trieste is easily reached by a short ferry ride on public transport.

Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is affected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
