Palazzo Ancajani is an excellently preserved Baroque palace overlooking the Tiber valley below with a view of the territories of Umbria and Lazio up to Tuscany. Built in the mid-1600s, the palace arrives today after changes of ownership between noble Umbrian families after precious restorations by the wisest hands of the various eras. The park, of about 2000 square meters, is arranged on several levels, with towering trees and a lemon house. A further residential building and a large garage complete the property outside the fence. A project is underway for the property aimed at creating a panoramic terrace on the first floor, an external connecting lift and a swimming pool.

Commission Details
