In a dominant position on the hills in the immediate vicinity of Laveno, stands this historic residence dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. The characteristic façade with wooden decorations and interiors with original flooring and frescoed ceilings give it character and charm. From the entrance gate, a cobbled driveway leads to the property. The main door, adorned with wisteria in bloom in spring, introduces us to the ground floor, which is divided into a living room with fireplace, kitchen with another imposing fireplace decorated in Art Nouveau style and large coloured wrought-iron windows overlooking the garden, as well as service rooms.

Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
