The municipal territory is also crossed by the provincial road 36 of Carro to reach the municipality of the same name in La Spezia and by the provincial road 40 of Velva where, along the route, on the border between the municipalities of Castiglione Chiavarese and Maissana, the sanctuary of Our Lady of the Guard.
