The Lombardic metropolis Milan with its international airports Malpensa and Linate is 84 km away (1.5 hours by car). Lugano – with its regional airport – in Switzerland can be reached in an hour and 45 minutes (89 km). Lovers of winter sports can drive to the famous St. Moritz (Switzerland), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Italy) in 2 to 3 hours.
Whilst the lake provides a plethora of possibilities for lovers of water sports, the back-country invites you to walk and wander, to trek and ride your bike or mountain bike. Como's shipping company offers comfortable year-round connections to other famous and picturesque locations on the lake, such as Bellagio.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
