In the Borghi area, just a few minutes from the centre of Como, we offer a charming Liberty-style villa dating back to the early 1900s, with a large plot of about 600 square metres.
The villa, now divided into two flats, is arranged on four levels for a total of 476 square metres.
On the ground floor we find a spacious entrance hall, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a double bedroom.

The floor below the street, on the other hand, consists of a spacious tavern finished with exposed stone, a sauna room, a bathroom, a storage room, a cellar and a further technical room for the lift, which is the connecting element between the four levels.
The presence of precious elements, red marble flooring, solid wood parquet and ceiling decorations give this solution a unique style.
The villa needs some renovation work except for the bathrooms and the kitchen where we find new bathroom fittings and appliances.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
