In the Borghi area, just a few minutes from the centre of Como, we offer a charming Liberty-style villa dating back to the early 1900s, with a large plot of about 600 square metres.
The villa, now divided into two flats, is arranged on four levels for a total of 476 square metres.
On the ground floor we find a spacious entrance hall, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a double bedroom.
On the first level there is a bright and spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, the first of the two master bedrooms, with its en suite bathroom and small balcony. Borghi: Location and surroundings of this property

The city of Como, the capital of the province and the main town on Lake Como, offers its guests numerous activities such as museums, shops, restaurants, lounge bars, cinemas and theaters.
The Lake Como navigation service offers all year round easy access to the other picturesque locations around the lake: Cernobbio, Menaggio, Tremezzo and the famous "Perla del Lago", Bellagio.
The lake offers many opportunities for water sports enthusiasts, trekking and mountain bikers. Winter sports enthusiasts can easily reach the most popular ski resorts in St. Moritz (CH), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Ital.) within less than 3 hours by car.

Milan and the international airports of Malpensa and Linate can be reached in about 40 minutes, and the Swiss city of Lugano with its regional airport that offers daily connections to Zurich Airport can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
