In the spectacular setting of the locality of Cannaverde, halfway between the Bay of the Cavallo Morto and the Salicerchie beach, stands an imposing historical structure which represents an excellent architectural example of a defensive and sighting tower within the anti-Saracenic system of the ancient Maritime Republic of Amalfi. It is currently one of the largest private estates on the Amalfi Coast. The property, surrounded by various terraces and gardens, extends from the roadside, starting from the parking area of about 150 square meters to the sea, where a private cliff represents a peculiarity to enjoy a stay in these extraordinary places in total relaxation. Furthermore, note a large area used as a theater for business meetings and events, the 40 square meters of sauna area, outdoor showers and a salt water jacuzzi on a terrace overlooking the sea.


Maiori: Location and surroundings of this property

This prestigious property is located on the provincial road that connects the main towns of Amalfi, in Cannaverde, a short distance from Maiori, about 2 km, which is a delightful village summarily divided into two central areas: Corso Reginna, where there is a huge part of its Historic Center, and the Lungomare Amendola, a very long road that runs alongside the entire Maiori beach. Being one of the main centers of the Amalfi Coast, there are all the shops, services and commercial activities for daily needs. The bus stop is 30 meters from the villa and the main tourist resorts are a short distance away: Amalfi 11 km, Positano 27 km, Salerno about 20 km, Pompeii about 40 km and Naples airport about 65 km.

Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
