A few steps from the area once known as 'Arzare', in one of the typical horseshoe-shaped courtyards that characterise the Dorsoduro district, we find the flat's entrance door. A raised ground floor and therefore free of high water, with eight windows that ensure excellent air circulation and the absence of humidity, it is the best solution for those who need to live in Venice for a few months. The entrance recalls an ancient Venetian style with exposed bricks and introduces us into the flat. On the right we find a pre-entry that leads to two separate bathrooms, the perfect combination of space and comfort. The living room is complete and its white walls give the entire flat a natural light, further accentuated by the warm colours of the paintings on the walls. From the living room going to the left, we find the traditional Venetian-style kitchen, which extends lengthwise. Washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, raised breakfast table and utility room are part of it. About halfway along the length of the living room, again on the left, a completely restored solid wood doorframe leads us into the large bedroom, where we find the warm tones of the living room. The double bed is the undisputed star, flanked by a desk and a semi-wardrobe.

After San Marco, the Dorsoduro district is the one where important museums are concentrated, among which we remember: the Accademia Gallery, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Palazzo Venier dei Leoni, and the Punta della Dogana museum - François Pinault Foundation. The squero di San Trovaso and Campo Santa Margherita are also worth a visit, a meeting place for Venetians and students.
The property is located in the San Barnaba area, in a very sought-after area, with access via a calle away from tourist flows and noise, very convenient to the main services such as shops, supermarkets, vaporetto stops (Ca 'Rezzonico / Accademia), bus station and railway station.
