The bright and elegant flat sleeps 8 and is equipped with every comfort such as heating, air conditioning and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bright, elegantly furnished suites, where you will find two queen-size double beds and two 120x190 single beds. Each suite is equipped with high-quality bedding, ample storage space and high-quality bed linen.
There is also a comfortable sofa bed located in the living room, where you will also find a 55'' Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube to keep the little ones entertained. You will also find a cot for your baby, but we do not provide linen, sheets or duvets.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and full set of utensils.
The 2 modern bathrooms have state-of-the-art sanitary facilities, a large shower cubicle, hairdryer and a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and body cream.
Completing the flat is a delightful little terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where you can dine al fresco in fine weather while admiring the surrounding panorama.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
