What you should know about this development

Amenities and special features of this development

Located near the Santa Margherita Riviera to be at the center of the city's river economy which was projected towards Venice, the building has witnessed the flow of the centuries, interpreting its stories, culture and traditions. Its elegant facade on the quiet street in the center offers passers-by one of the best preserved porticoes in all of Treviso.

The internal facade, however, bears witness to an era of green spaces, agricultural industriousness and peace. This is the so-called "brolo", a vast ornamental garden that once extended from the back of the palace to the city walls. The importance of this green space is not only historical, but also current, as it will provide a green area for the inhabitants of the building and comfortable garages where over the years a historic carriage factory and a glass factory were also located.

The result of this meticulous restoration work is a perfect balance between the old and the new. While the apartments will be equipped with all modern comforts, traces of the past will not only be visible, but will celebrate their renewed presence in every corner.

The palace will not only be a prestigious residence, but a continuous experience that celebrates the art, history and culture of the city, with the awareness and responsibility of being custodians of a treasure to be preserved for future generations.

The eight apartments in the project, of different sizes and also arranged on multiple levels, represent a residential vision that harks back to the idea of living in the past.

Each apartment is a gem, designed with attention to detail, where each room tells a story, each with its own charm and characteristics that make it special. Here the past is not just a memory, but the foundation on which to build a future of exclusivity and refinement.

One of the most fascinating aspects of the restoration was the continuous discovery of precious pictorial and architectural elements, hidden under past interventions. Fortunately, the alterations and coverings of previous years, while having hidden these jewels for generations, have acted as a protective cloak. Thanks to this, many details have been preserved, almost as if the past had a desire to preserve these moments of beauty for the future.

The restoration operations of the pictorial surfaces revealed decorative cycles of notable artistic value dating back to the early 16th century. This process revealed a surprising decorative continuity, hidden for almost two centuries, which ran along the walls up to the wooden ceilings.

Every decision, from the pictorial reintegration to the protection of the surfaces, was guided by three fundamental principles: compatibility of the materials, reversibility and recognizability of the grouting and reintegrations.

The result of this meticulous restoration work is a perfect balance between the old and the new. While the apartments will be equipped with all modern comforts, traces of the past will not only be visible, but will celebrate their renewed presence in every corner.
