The flat was lovingly restored in 2005, finely furnished and is characterised by its magnificent exposed beams and ceilings over 4 metres high, giving it great charm.

Santa Croce: Location and surroundings of this property

The sestiere of Santa Croce owes its name to the church of Santa Croce, it is the sestiere that acts as a link between Venice and the mainland, the most served by all means of transport both thanks to Piazzale Roma and to the Santa Lucia station. Among the noteworthy places of interest, we remember the churches of San Giacomo dell'Orio, San Stae, the temple of San Nicola da Tolentino, and two churches consecrated to San Simeone: San Simeon Grando or Profeta, and the other San Simeon Piccolo.
