The location of the resort is very strategically located between Alessano, Specchia and Tricase that are among the most interesting towns of the Salento region thanks to their historical and architectural background.
The little town of Presicce, picked to be part of the "Most beautiful villages of Italy" is a unique little gem.

Commission Details
The assignment of mediation to our agency and our real estate agents is conferred through the signing of a specific document or, failing that, through the use of the services listed in our brochure, in our real estate files and ralative clauses.
