In the municipality of Campo is the airport of La Pila, which efficiently connects the island of Elba with various Italian and European cities, even during the winter months.
Campo nell'Elba is 35 minutes by car from Portoferraio, 15 minutes from Marina di Campo, 30 minutes from Marciana Marina, 45 minutes from Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, and 20 minutes from Campo airport, which has connections to the airports of Pisa and Florence as well as to Milan Linate and Lugano during the summer.
