Tuerredda: Location and surroundings of this property
The undisputed symbol of South Sardinia, Tuerredda beach is a gem that recalls Caribbean shades thanks to the intense blue of the water, the flourishing vegetation and the white sand. It stretches for over half a kilometer inside an inlet between Capo Malfatano and Capo Spartivento, in the territory of Teulada, at the south-western extremity of the island. The islet, a few hundred meters from the shore, is a small paradise that can be reached on foot or with a short swim. The seabed is sandy and rich in marine fauna. A few kilometers away, the beaches of Chia: in order from west to east, Cala Cipolla, su Giudeu, su Sali beach, Porto Campana, cala del Morto, sa Colonia, Monte Cogoni, up to the Chia tower.

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
