The villa is located in Santa Margherita, within the exclusive residential community "Stella Marina", which enjoys private access to one of the whitest beaches and clearest waters in Sardinia. S. Margherita di Pula is a tourist village characterized by a vast pine forest, about 5 km from the town of Pula, which, especially in summer, comes alive with artistic craft shops, small restaurants and typical trattorias. The approximately 9 km coastline is made up of inlets and white sandy beaches that from the coast of Pula to Chia offer a paradise of dunes, sheltered coves and equipped beaches. The city of Cagliari and its main airport are 45 km away.
