We are in the heart of antique Brixia, in the most requested and sought-after area of the city where museums, noble palaces, cultural clubs and theaters are located, but at the same time, a stone's throw from the services of the center and the busiest squares of the city. In fact, by going out on foot we will be able to reach in a few minutes all the main attractions of the towns, among which we remember the Teatro Grande, known for its beauty and the theater season of opera and ballet, Corso Magenta and Corso Zanardelli where we can dedicate ourselves to shopping, the very close Museum Complex of Santa Giulia San Salvatore and the magnificent Roman archaeological area where the Capitolium dominates, a destination for visitors from all over the world as it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A couple of minutes' walk away we can enjoy an aperitif in one of the many places that liven up Piazzale Arnaldo or a dinner in the numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
