I leave by car to go and evaluate this detached villa which is located a short distance from Pila. The regional road through Charvensod is really scenic and well maintained so I enjoy the short journey too.
When I arrive at my destination, I am enchanted by the splendid view overlooked by the villa, small but delightful, with a huge garden, including a vegetable garden. I'm already thinking how nice it would be to spend a relaxing summer among vegetables and flowers in the greenery of the house, sunbathing on the terrace, enjoying the 180° panorama of the main Aosta Valley peaks: from Monte Rosa to Bianco! My colleague, on the other hand, is already imagining organizing a ski trip to Pila, which can be reached quickly with the intermediate gondola lift 5 minutes from the property. Internally the villa is from the 70s, developed on two floors, to be rejuvenated but well maintained, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a tavern.

There aren't many tourist resorts that can boast of fun, nature, beauty, practicality, but Pila has them all.
Both in summer and in winter, it offers a variety of ways to spend unforgettable moments in contact with preserved nature, practicing hiking and skiing, but also modern and adrenaline-pumping sports, such as downhill and freeride, of which Pila is now a reference centre, the scene of international competitions every year.
Beauty, because Pila, in addition to dominating the city of Aosta from its height of 1800 meters, enjoys a view that sweeps over the highest mountains of the Alps, from Mont Blanc to the Grand Combin, from Monte Cervino to Monte Rosa.
Reachable from Aosta with a fast cable car or by car via the regional road, it is also very convenient for direct access to the lifts from its hotels and residences.
There is no shortage of welcoming and typical high-altitude restaurants for refreshment after skiing or during excursions.
