An arbor leads to the main entrance, that opens to a wide ground floor where there are a bright living area with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, two service rooms and another space with outdoor access, that is currently used as a fourth bedroom. The ground floor gives access to the basement room and to a big terrace that offers a breathless view of San Miniato.
On the first floor, an open space overlooks the underlying living area, creating a fascinating and iconic double volume. This floor includes three bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms.
The villa has an excellent maintenance condition, it has high-quality finishings and fine materials and a wide garage.

San Miniato is a Medieval village located on the historical Via Francigena, that connects Canterbury (UK) and Rome and is now traversed by thousands of modern pilgrims. San Miniato is a charming and lovely village in a focal point comparing to many important Tuscan cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca, that are all reachable in approximately 40 minutes by car. Also the seaside can be reached in the same amount of time.
San Miniato is well-known for its white truffle, which has to be tasted with some excellent egg tagliatelle!
