STOP IN THE BACARO
Eating well and being surrounded by friends, this is a fundamental rule for every self-respecting Venetian. This is why one of the essential appointments is the bacaro, the tavern where you can relax alone or more often in the company. Here you can never miss a good glass of wine and a taste of cicheti, fish snacks, cold cuts or vegetables.
A WALK EVERY DAY
After having refreshed ourselves properly, in any city in Italy our first thought would be to take the car (or call a taxi) to go home. But not in Venice, where distances are shortened, where you move a lot on foot and, only when you need to, by vaporetto.
