What a beautiful and very original beach front villa! Located on two adjoining prime beach front lots inside one of the secluded bays of Tulum with 24hr security and controlled access sits this villa that consists of a 5 bedroom main house and a 3 bedroom guest house. To get to the big entrance door of the main house you walk up a beautiful wooden ramp that swerves through the lush tropical vegetation, a very original way to enter the property. Quality tropical wood is something which is used a lot in this villa, as well as a local clay finish for the walls which is called Chukum. When walking into the house you are immediately greeted by astonishing caribbean views because the main living area is located on the first floor of the house instead of the ground floor like most others and has floor to ceiling windows that give out to the incredibly beautiful bay with its turquoise colors. The main living area consists of a spacious lounge and dining room, a bar and a show kitchen, the chefs kitchen is located seperately next to the main house. The main area has a double height palapa ceiling and also has a Mezanine which can be accessed from the wooden staircase outside that connects all floors. In the Mezzanine you'll find a cozy tv area and spce to do yoga or other exercise. Connected to the main living area you have a first bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this bedroom can be accesed from the living area and it has a seperate entrance door from the staircase outside. All the ensuite bathrooms are decorated with beautiful natural stone and have light ducts above to allow natural light inside.When walking down the staircase to the ground floor, you'll find 4 more entrance doors to bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that give out to the beautiful swimming pool with the Caribbean right behind it. All the rooms are decent size but not oversized, there is for example no real master bedroom, because the focus of this house was clearly to maximize its vacation rental potential. All 8 bedrooms, the 5 of the main house and the 3 of the guesthouse, have seaview, which is very rare. The swimming pool sits a bit elevated from the beach and is of good size, has an integrated jacuzzi, space to put multiple lying chairs and a lounge area with comfortable couches and an outside dining table. On the second lot you find the casita, the guest house. Because the casita is a lot smaller the remaining land is actually a private part of white sandy beach with lying chairs, hammocks and plenty oif space to store the kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The ground floor of the casita comprises a bar/kitchen, lounge area, tv area and billiards table.
