The entire first floor has a beautiful floor with a natural stone look: attractive and maintenance-free. The ceiling above the dining area is done in old wood sourced from Austria, providing a pleasant atmosphere.

Second floor:
The impressive hallway with beautiful doors gives access to five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet and a laundry room. The master bedroom has magnificent ceiling-high windows overlooking the garden. Two majestic antique doors give access to the adjacent generous bathroom with sauna and Turkish bath. The bathroom has a bathtub with soothing views of the greenery and a double sink cabinet. The Turkish bath is finished with mosaic natural stone and colour-adjustable LED lighting. The Finnish sauna is custom made of Hemlock wood.

Garden:
The garden was landscaped to give the impression of rolling dunes. The driveway and parking area of the garden are planted with beautiful tropical hardwood. The walkway to the front door is paved with rock slate. Throughout the garden there is a luxury sprinkler system. There is an artificial turf football/hockey field as well as a generous terrace accessible from the kitchen with a large firepit.

Outbuildings:
1. A tiny house of 59 m². Its high ceiling and the length of 15 metres makes it seem more spacious. The walls are done in acoustic Deco Legno wood and are lined with leather and felt for the perfect acoustics. An onyx wall houses 200 lights. This building can be used multifunctionally, for example as an independent office, (with tax benefits), as a music room cum guesthouse or for informal care. There are two luxuriously finished kitchens, a shower and two toilets. The sliding doors give the whole house an exclusive feeling.
2. Second tiny house of 30 m².
The structure features beautiful solid oak beams. The walls are finished with stucco incorporating crushed natural stone and the ceiling is lined with acoustic felt for an extra pleasant atmosphere. The Portuguese tiles in the shower are handmade. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, selsiuz faucet and extra-large gas burners.

Maintenance-free pressed bamboo planks were chosen for the exterior of the tiny houses. Both buildings have a hand-sanded wooden floor of weathered oak.
