This 12 hectares piece of land is a hidden treasure in the Serra of Melides. The land contains 2 hills which give it a few amazing viewing points that reach upto the sea and provide some astonishing views of the beautiful green Serra. There are cork and pine trees, and part of the border of the land is a small natural water canal at the foot of one of the hills. There are more than one good locations to build on this land, without one construction
bothering the other. Privacy on the land is garanteed, as well as for the surroundings because of the few existing neighbors. A tourist permit for building upto a great extend of size is granted. The location is witin the surroundings of the town of Melides and also has very easy acces to the highway to Sines and Lisbon.

A place worth visiting, less than 4 km from the beach and lagoon of Melides that on the way allows us to appreciate the pine forest and the rice fields and just over an hour from Lisbon.
