A practical three-bedroom house and independent staff quarters with large bedroom. Located a block from Playa Montoya, this house is simple and practical. Affording sea views and with a lovely private garden with swimming pool and covered BBQ/grill, it is situated in a safe area near Hotel Los Pájaros and has WIFI, cable TV and alarm system. Bed linen not included.
Montoya: Location and surroundings of this property
Playa Montoya is one of the most well-known beaches in Uruguay. Located near the centre of La Barra and accessible via parking or wooden walkways which take you to the nearest beach (Posta del Cangrejo). It has a large bay with white sands, rocks and waves for surf lovers. This beach is popular with all ages, although it is especially attractive to youngsters. During the summer months, stages of Uruguayan surf competitions take place and even stages of the Surfing World Championships. There are surf schools, a parador, beach service and lifeguards from December 1st to April.
