One of the chambers is with Freon equipment and the other with ammonia equipment. The property has its own water for industrial use with pre and post treatment process and effluent discharge system permitted. Functional firefighting installation with network distributed throughout the plant and water tank for firefighting and pumping room, suitable for re-qualification.
