A lovely house comprising three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and staff bedroom located a block from Playa Montoya. Montoya: Location and surroundings of this property
Playa Montoya is one of the most popular beaches in Uruguay located very near the centre of La Barra and accessible via a car park or wooden walkways leading to the nearest beach (Posta del Cangrejo). There is a large bay with white sands, rocks and waves for surfers. People of all ages get together here although it is a very popular spot with the young ones. During the summer, stages of the Uruguayan Surfing Circuit and World Surfing Championships are carried out here. There are surf schools, a parador, beach service and lifeguard service from December 1st to April.
