Plantación Narbona is a rural complex comprising 56 fincas of 1 hectare each and some of them larger. They all form part of an agricultural cooperative where mainly fruit trees will be planted to provide the complex with a unified landscape. The fruit that is grown, (which will be marketed through sweets and jams by Narbona in shops on Highway 104), will help to reduce the security expenses which are estimated to amount to 200 US dollars per month. These expenses begin to be paid from the second year. The complex will include roadways, water, electricity, and there will be building regulations (only houses with gabled roofs will be permitted and flat roofs will not be allowed). The complex will have access to Highway 104 as well as to Narbona.
