Natti Natasha hires Engel & Völkers property for photo shoot

The Latin pop singer Natti Natasha chose a property currently being brokered by E&V Miami Coral Gables as the location for a cover shoot with the magazine “Haute Living”. The property spans some 650 m2 and is on the market for 19.9 million US dollars.

“The ‘Haute-Living’ editorial team and Natti Natasha contacted me in search of a suitable location,” said Lourdes Alatriste, Private Office Advisor at E&V Miami Coral Gables and partner of ‘Haute Residence’. “I showed them a selection of various exclusive properties. In the end they chose a Mediterranean-style villa featuring luxurious white Jerusalem stone. Located on Biscayne Bay, it is almost completely concealed from outside views and therefore protected from paparazzi. The light there is also magnificent!”

Though the singer is known as Natti Natasha, her real name is Natalia Alexandra Gutiérrez Batista. She comes from the Dominican Republic. Her videos on YouTube have 1.2 billion clicks, which has given her the reputation as the “most watched woman on Youtube in 2017”. Her greatest hits include the songs “Otra Cosa” with Daddy Yankee, “Criminal” with Ozura and “Sin pijama” with Becky G.
