Strategically located in the San Telmo neighborhood. The San Telmo neighborhood in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, although not officially recognized as such in the city's administrative division, is a well-known area with its own identity within the urban environment, especially due to its strategic location near the historic center and its connection to the coastline. San Telmo is located between Avenida de Anaga and the maritime coastline of Santa Cruz, very close to the urban center. It is bordered by key areas such as Plaza de España, the César Manrique Maritime Park, and the North Pier. It is a traditional maritime area, historically linked to port activities. Although today it has a more modern and tourist-oriented focus, it still retains that coastal character. The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Nautical Club is very close, and in general, the maritime atmosphere is very present. San Telmo is a mixed-use area, where: • Residences, • Commercial spaces (shops, cafes, restaurants), • Offices and services are combined. It is also a frequently traveled area, both due to its proximity to the port and its connection to the city's commercial and administrative center. It is well connected, with easy access from the Northern Highway (TF-5) and by public transport. The area is accessible by foot from key points such as Plaza Weyler, Calle Castillo, or the Mercado Nuestra Señora de África. Many social activities, festivals, and fairs are held near San Telmo. Additionally, being so close to the historic center, residents and visitors have easy access to museums, theaters, and cultural centers.
