Renovated Home in Ruzafa

Engel & Völkers presents, at 24 Buenos Aires Street, a revived landmark of early 20th-century Valencian architecture. The building, constructed in 1920 by Javier Goerlich, is being restored with meticulous respect for all the elements that characterize this estate, transforming it into a unique building in Valencia. The former bronze workshop of José Abad, located on the third (INTERIOR) floor, will once again feature prominently. We have recovered an old catalog and revived some of his designs for door and cabinet handles, as well as faucets. The recovery of original elements is undoubtedly a distinctive value. From the design of the façade to the carpentry, hydraulic tiles, and structural materials such as the curved forged ceilings or exposed brick walls, these elements are restored. In other cases, they serve as inspiration to reintroduce elements such as shutters, textured glass, and bronze finishes.
