Excellent location in the Salamanca district, next to Parque de las Avenidas, surrounded by wide streets, landscaped areas, and recreational spaces with abundant trees and modern sports facilities. The area has several parks.
The main artery is Avenida de Bruselas, intersected by two others: Bonn and the intersection with Avenida de Badajoz, between which a Catholic parish, San Juan Evangelista, designed by architect Echenique, was built. We also have the "Manuel Alvar" public library and the Julián Besteiro Vocational Training School. Likewise, the renowned and excellent primary and secondary school run by the Menesianos Fathers, along with three preschools, are located just a few meters away. Language and driving centers and a bookstore (Polifemó).
The level of communication with the rest of the city is very comprehensive with a metro network just steps away (line 7) and buses (lines 43, 53, 74, and 122). The airport, AVE, and Ifema can be reached in just 15 minutes, and there is direct access to the M-30, NII (A-2), and the city's various arteries.
The area also offers all kinds of services.
Parque de las Avenidas was conceived and developed as a large urbanization, designed as a unified whole and planned with criteria of architectural uniformity.
