A comfortable house immersed in nature. The chalet is located in a residential area with a concierge service and spacious common areas. The plot containing the house is enclosed and exceeds 1,200 m2. Its lower part has been landscaped with the area's vegetation, requiring very little maintenance. The house is accessed by an attractive rustic staircase or a concrete ramp that allows even vans to pass to the back of the house, where parking is available. In front of the main facade, we find a charming pool surrounded by artificial grass and a solarium. Several gazebos invite us to settle under the pine trees or on the porch, to enjoy the fresh air or the natural view. The house, situated on a single floor, is suitable for reduced mobility. From the main door, we enter a large living-dining room, which has two other glass doors to the pool area, split air conditioning, and a cassette fireplace. In the living room, part of it can be designated as an office area. The kitchen, accessible from the living room, is a delight. With a modern design and fully equipped, it's a pleasure to work in a kitchen open through a glass door to the outside. We access the night area through a short distribution hallway, to discover a common bathroom and three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and exterior windows. The master bedroom has two built-in wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom. The entire house is in excellent condition, enjoying a minimalist and modern design, relaxing colors, very good quality materials, and security measures. It has radiators for a diesel boiler in all rooms. Outside, we can still access the storage room in a small semi-basement containing plumbing and heating machinery. A perfect place, in short, to settle in to enjoy and live with family.

The chalet we present is hosted by Tochar, a residential area of Torres Torres situated in the heart of nature, with its concierge, common social and sports areas, and means for closure. It has an access road in excellent condition and is less than 10 minutes from the town and just minutes from the highway. Torres Torres is part of Camp de Morvedre, in the Valencian Community, a territory that combines the mountains of the Sierra Calderona Natural Park and the beaches of the Mediterranean coast. About 10 minutes by car from the economic hub that Sagunto has become, less than 30 minutes from Valencia and with a bus stop, the municipality is very well connected by road. Torres Torres offers services such as a pharmacy, health center, bakeries, tobacconist, supermarket, or municipal swimming pool. About 2 km away, we find the Colegio Rural Agrupado Baronía Alta, in the neighboring municipality. Various residential areas are scattered throughout the town, showcasing its tourist strength. In its urban core, visitors will enjoy a medieval castle, Arab Baths with a guided tour, or restaurants famous for their wood-fired paellas. Torres Torres is nestled between mountains, orange groves, and the course of the Palancia River, which at this point presents remains of a Roman bridge. It is an enviable place to live, close to the forest and a short distance from the coast.
