Recoletos is the Prime area of the Salamanca District, the closest area to El Retiro, and specifically this residence is just steps away from Madrid's largest and most iconic park. The Buen Retiro Park is the true protagonist of this Madrid neighborhood, which is bordered by the streets of Alcalá and O'Donnell to the north, Doctor Esquerdo street to the east, the Mediterranean Avenue, and the Reina Cristina Promenade to the south, and Alfonso XII street to the west.
