ÖlheizungArgüero is a small town in the Asturian council of Villaviciosa, which is divided between the sea and the mountains; the river Merón runs through its lands, which flows into the beach of the same name. The property is very well communicated as it has a bus stop at the same door. The enclave is ideal to enjoy nature, with different paths for lovers of long walks as well as several beaches a few kilometres away, among which we highlight Merón, Playa de España, Rodiles, etc. The latter is considered one of the best for surfing, with a school open all year round. In this area there are deposits of jet, a fossil material from trees that lived in the Jurassic period. The area has a great artistic value (with pre-Romanesque monuments such as San Salvador de Valdediós, the Romanesque, in Amandi), also has a high tourist interest, with nearby towns such as the capital Villaviciosa, with its imposing Ria, declared a partial nature reserve for its great ecological value in 1995. Also, picturesque towns such as Tazones, Lastres, El Puntal (with its small marina), etc... We cannot finish this description without mentioning the local gastronomy, where we can taste good meat, fish and seafood, all accompanied by natural cider, a drink made from apples, with a modest alcohol content.
