Hans Lenz

Hans Lenz is a prominent figure in Mallorca's real estate sector. He is the Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Mallorca Southwest, since 2012 and has been active in the Balearic Island real estate sector since 2005. Today, Engel & Völkers Mallorca Southwest provides a highly professional service in premium real estate, investment opportunities, rentals, project development, commercial properties and hotel consulting. As a Member of Engel & Völkers Private Office, Lenz takes an active role in connecting with other recognised Advisors in highly desired locations.

In addition to his role at Engel & Völkers, Lenz holds several notable positions. As founding President and current Board Member of the Balearic Association of National and International Real Estate Agencies (ABINI), he works to professionalize the industry, whilst focusing on affordable housing solutions. Hans Lenz is also the Chairman Hemeritus of the Mallorca Preservation Foundation, which strives for sustainability and the preservation of the island's beautiful nature and ecosystems.

Lenz, who has Spanish-German nationality, grew up in Mallorca and holds a degree in Tourism Management. He is recognized for his leadership and vision in the real estate market, whilst taking on the challenges that the industry and island are facing. He is fluent in German, English, Spanish and Catalan.
