As Manager Development Services at Engel & Völkers Mallorca Southwest, I oversee residential real estate development projects, collaborating closely with developers, investors, and architects. I provide strategic and operational support throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning through to full sell-out.

I serve as the primary liaison between development partners and internal departments, ensuring projects are optimally positioned, marketed, and managed to meet market demands and sales objectives. My role includes coordinating documentation, guiding pricing and product strategy, and continuously monitoring project progress until completion.

Providing strategic advice on product definition, pricing, and market positioning.

Collaborating with marketing, operations, and sales support teams to ensure effective project execution.

Overseeing preparation of sales materials and technical documentation.

Monitoring project performance and adjusting strategies as required to achieve sell-out.
