€210,000
~980 m² Plot surface
Description
In the charming municipality of Santa Úrsula, in the north of Tenerife, an excellent investment opportunity presents itself: a plot with a basic project and granted license for the construction of three contemporary terraced houses, each with a carport, spacious terraces, and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The plot has a total area of 435.40 m² of urban land and 544.55 m² of rustic land, offering the perfect balance between natural surroundings and urban comfort. Currently, there is a hall of 83.48 m² with an approved demolition license (April 2024), allowing construction to begin immediately.
The basic project, approved in September 2024 and designed by the renowned architect Sebastián Estrella Malatesta, includes three houses with built areas between 126 and 128 m² each, distributed over two floors.
Each house will feature:
- Bright living-dining room with integrated kitchen (over 40 m²).
- Three bedrooms, including a master suite with a dressing room.
- Three full bathrooms.
- Private terrace of 20 m² with sea views.
- Covered parking space (carport).
Altogether, the three houses add up to a built area of more than 380 m², making this plot a very interesting opportunity both for investment with high profitability and for family residential use.
The location on C/ Tosca de la Iglesia guarantees excellent connection with all services of Santa Úrsula and surroundings, besides being just a few minutes away from Puerto de la Cruz and the highway that connects to the rest of the island.
With a modern and functional design, a completely secured urban planning legal framework, and the license ready to start, this project represents one of the best options currently available in Tenerife North.
Santa Úrsula is one of the most privileged municipalities in the north of Tenerife, known for its excellent climate throughout the year, its tranquility, and its proximity to Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava.
The plot is in an exceptional location, with stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the majestic Teide, an environment that combines nature and comfort. From here, one enjoys a unique sense of spaciousness and connection with the landscape, where each sunrise and sunset becomes a spectacle.
The area offers all essential services within minutes: supermarkets, restaurants, schools, and quick connections to the TF-5 highway, ensuring smooth communication with the rest of the island. Moreover, Santa Úrsula is recognized for its exclusive residential atmosphere, attracting those seeking quality of life in a natural and safe environment.
In short, it is the perfect enclave for those who wish to enjoy tranquility, privacy, and unparalleled views of the sea and Teide, without giving up the proximity of everyday services and conveniences.
