The main entrance leads directly into a spacious room that can be used as a living room or home cinema, where you can enjoy TV, Sky, or DVDs on a large screen. On this floor there is also a guest WC and a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house also has a library with books and children’s games for younger guests. The first floor offers two bedrooms with single beds, each with its own bathroom. On this same floor are a cozy sitting room with fireplace and a large TV, the dining room, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace with the pool, approximately 6 m x 5 m. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided. Next to the covered terrace for al fresco dining is the guest house. From the terrace, a staircase leads to the private parking area, so the home has two entrances. The second floor is dedicated to the master suite. On entering, you first reach the study with desk and sofa bed, as well as a walk-in closet and a very spacious bathroom. From here there is access to the rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy panoramic views over the village of Deià and the mountains.
