3.2. Property-seeker client/property-seeker client participating in a transaction:

Real estate brokerage.

Carry out procedures related to the purchase/rental process on your behalf if you authorize it.

Comply with the obligations contained in the contract, pre-contract, or agreement.

Monitor ongoing transactions.

Report any eventualities that may arise within the scope of the services offered.

Invoice for the services offered.

Send commercial communications related to the contracted services.

Comply with legal obligations, such as regulations on money laundering or data protection, among others.

Send commercial communications if we have your consent to do so.

Contact you to find out your opinion about the service offered.

Any other purpose will be communicated to you before processing your data.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
